    Fiber Optic Splicer – OSP/ISP

    • High Count Fusion Splicing / Mission-Critical Fiber Splicer – Ribbon & Single Strand)

    Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with high count fusion splicing, including both ribbon and single strand fiber. Strong background in backbone builds across OSP and ISP environments.

    • Fiber Optic OTDR & Characterization Technician – Testing, Troubleshooting & Certification

    3+ years of experience with OTDR, ILM, and full-spectrum fiber certification across enterprise or mission-critical environments.

    • Data Center Installer / Structured Cabling Technician

    2–4 years of structured cabling and installation experience in data center or commercial environments.

    • Data Center Deployment Technician

    3+ years of experience deploying hyperscale infrastructure in live or enterprise-grade environments.

    Scope includes assistance to Logistics, Site Services, and Critical Environment teams: material movement from dock to tile, prepping materials, creating cable kits, labeling, replacing damaged cables, supporting colocation/storage area upkeep, and coordination of post-dock PRD and MOR install workflows.

    • Rack & Stack Technician

    2–3 years of experience with rack deployment, pre-cabling, and infrastructure readiness in high-availability environments.

    Scope includes racking and stacking equipment, taping air gaps in HACs, labeling bus taps and power whips prior to install, replacing cables within rack rows, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of COLOs and storage areas.
